"The Truth" Hoop Scholarship

Criteria

  • Must be a basketball player who resides in Shelby County or a graduating senior at Sheffield High School in Memphis, TN 
  • Must have a GPA of at least 2.5 (transcript required)
  • Must have satisfactory conduct
  • Must be a graduating senior who plans to attend a 2 year or 4 year college/university full-time OR or who plans to attend a Barber College.
  • Must have college acceptance letter
  • They are encouraged to share how the loss of a loved one to gun violence has shaped them, the positive influence of sports in their lives, and their aspirations to make a difference in the world.
